In this video, I complete an AR15 build using very highly-rated components. Products from Zev Technologies, Aero Precision, Ballistic Advantage, ToolCraft, Strike Industries, Zuth-AR, ERGO, Blue Force Gear, Aimpoint, VG6 Precision, JP Enterprises, and Timney Triggers.
Awsome presentation, love your video, very informative
Looks like you had lots of fun building your gun
Thanks
Great video, thanks for sharing. I’m considering starting a YouTube channel, I was curious what camera you use?
Great video Dr. . I think you did a great job with selection and build. You’ve set it up to be a close to moderate range rifle with the awesome red dot sight. I guess if I had to change one thing as a matter of preference it would be the stock. I’d reassign the one you have on there now to a more long range rifle that requires a super firm fit, number of adjustments to fit scope risers, and the provision to pull the rifle in close to shoulder. I might opt for something shorter and lighter for this build, maybe a carbine tube and a B5 or BCM carbine stock. The whole setup looks really nice and was well thought out, you did well!
Can you do a video shooting it and reviewing the rifle?
that work bench and tools are mint!
can you do some shooting videos
This instructional video is like most other AR15 build videos with the same major flaw. You did a great job of “explaining” how to do it but a very poor job of “showing” how to do it. You have to remember that most of us that are watching this have never done it before or we wouldn’t need to watch it in the first place. Consequently the “showing” us how to do it is very important. If you tell us what you’re going to do and then the next video clip says “now that I’ve got this installed” does us absolutely no good. We want to “see” you actually do it, including all the obstacles you encounter along the way. Again, you did a great job of explaining, just a poor job of showing it, which is what youtube is all about.
You made a very nice gun…! I love it.
Thanks, another high quality video.
Do you think a 60 degree safety would be better with a Thordsen grip than a 90 degree? I have a hard time with the Thordsen and a standard safety.
If you are looking for backup iron sights ive heard good things about samson and theyre about half the price of most other comparably built sights.
