I could see this being a generator for anyone with an empty freezer or refrigerator and/or anyone not needing air conditioner… Maybe someone in an apartment?

Question: I may pull the trigger on this with amazons 450$ off plus saved points. Should I wait for their prime day discounts on October 10th or pull the trigger now?
    Good video too!!

Yeah, just like EV cars, these still don’t compete well with a modern has generator.
A current $1000 Generac 3500W (1500W more than this can output) generator can output about 3100W of power for 4 hours on a gallon of gas, or run for a full day with a much lower draw. They’re pretty quite as well. While this could only output 2KW of power for an hour before dying with no hope of any solar panels keeping up.
Have an electrician wire in a plugin to your breaker for a generator and you can shut off your main breaker for a gas generator to bypass and power your whole house (all appliances except a dryer and heat pump heating at the same time or something) for less than this costs. And probably still get a dedicated UPS for your PC if you actually need that and don’t edit on a laptop.
